THE HOLY SPIRIT AND RESTORATION

Wednesday, May 10, 2017

Remember the meaning---RESTORATION means the creation of something that surpasses the original.

The New Testament and Restoration: Zacchaeus said to Jesus, "I restore fourfold" referring to Exodus 22:1 (four sheep for each sheep a man steals and slaughters or sells)
Luke 19:1-10 (verse 9! Restoration)

Mark 10:26-30a, "whoever follows Jesus will receive one hundred times more,"

Acts 3:18-26, (verse 19, "so that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord," Verse 21, "until the times of restoration of all things." John MacArthur says that this period will be marked by all kinds of blessings and renewals (restoration)."

Ezekiel 34:25-27 / Revelations 19:10

John 21:15-17: The restoration of Simon Peter
