Settle in scripture means:
1. To ground you.
2. To confirm you.
3. To support you.
4. To keep you from falling.

Zephaniah 1:12 (settled in complacency)

Deuteronomy 29:20 (Covenant curses would settle on him)

Psalm 119:89 (Your Word is settled in Heaven)

Luke 21:9-18 & 24-28 (Last days)

Revelations 14:14 (our rewards)
