I felt a bit better this morning. I guess all the sinus meds helped. Anyway, I went to the church to clean. Got there and decided that rather than clean the inside, I’d try to move some of the flowers from the northwest corner of the property to the east side of the building. I knew there was a hoe and other tools in the shed out back. Figured I get them and get it done. Unlocked the padlock and a wasp flew out. I quickly back out of its “threat” area and it went back in. Now, where there is one, there are usually many, and I had an unlocked shed. So I decided to quickly lock the lock and leave. Yeah, right! The many I mentioned came flooding out to greet me. I move fast when required and managed to get out of their threat zone safely. Still had the unlocked shed, though.
Now, I had killed a nest on the side of the building a couple weeks ago. Couldn’t remember if I had used all the spray or not, so went in the Janitor closet and found the half can that was left. Strutted back outside and proceeded to flood the shed door. The wasps left their guard duty and fled. Yeah, I’m bad to the bone! 😀 So I locked the padlock back and went back inside the church. Hey, I’m not stupid. Just because the guards were gone doesn’t mean there’s not a whole army just inside them doors. 😉
Well, I decided that maybe God wanted me to clean the inside of the church today and the wasps were a little hint to do what I set out to do. I can take hints. 😀
God bless you all, and watch out for wasps.
